Summertime can mean standardized test time for many, are you ready?

This is an awesome article by a professor out of the University of Minnesota explaining great general test taking strategies for both the ACT and the SAT.

Our favorites:

1) Relax. you work best when you're feeling your best!

2) Before starting look over the test and make a mental / physical note of the problems you know you'll struggle with most. Save those for last.

3) Don't leave anything blank! This one may seem obvious, but make sure if you aren't going to finish a section you have at least a moment for each question to make a somewhat educated guess.

As always if you'd like high quality one-on-one tutoring in subjects such as ACT or SAT prep or other Math and Science topics reach out to us here!
